What is the refund policy for Soda City Glamour?

We at Soda City Glamour hope you love what you ordered. In case you don’t, we’ll send you a new size, color, style, or issue you a store credit upon receiving the returned items.

No Cash or Credit refunds.

You can only return and receive store credit or exchange for unworn, unused items with tags still attached within 10 days of receipt or ship date. If any items are received by Soda City Glamour that smell like cigarette smoke, has an odor to include perfume scent, deodorant or makeup stains, snags, etc. will not be accepted for store credit or exchange. You will be responsible for shipping cost to return items back to you. Soda City Glamour reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

How does your personal buyer program work?

Let Soda City Glamour do the shopping for you. Provide your desired color, size, and item type. Our personal buyer program requires a 10% deposit and a 10 - 14 business day turn-around time, shipping timeframe not included.

Why didn’t my item have tags?

Our collections feature items liquidated from stores due to overstock or returns, allowing you to enjoy high-quality fashion at unbeatable prices. Due to this items may be new with tags (NWT), new without tags (NWOT), may lack size labels, or labels may be cut in half.
